At L and T Enterprises, we want to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below:


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.


International Shipping

  • At this time, we [do/do not] offer international shipping. (Choose one depending on your shop’s setup.)

  • If offered, international shipping times and rates will vary by destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • L and T Enterprises is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed during transit once handed to the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to request a refund.
